The Face of a Radical or Extremist

Is this the face of a threat to the nation? This face does have concerns about the direction the country is going. This face is a veteran and is offended by what Secretary Napolitano and Homeland Security Department stated about veterans being a security threat.

This face is concerned about the assault on the 2nd Amendment. This is the first time in his life that he joined The National Rifle Association because of the potential threat on our right to bear arms and protect ourselves.

This face is concerned about the assault on the 1st Amendment by attempts to revive the Fairness Doctrine and silence talk radio and opposition to the government changes.

This face just finished filing his taxes by using Turbotax and ended up with twenty-three pages of forms, documents and schedules. He wonders how many pages it would be if he made some money. He is disgusted with this insanity tax code.

This face is sad that journalism has died in America. The main stream media such as NBC, ABC, CBS, CNN, New York Times, Los Angeles Times and many others do not report the news but they report according to their agendas.

This face is concerned about all the stimulus packages, TARP, Omnibus Bill and the over three trillion dollar budget for 2010. Pork, earmarks and add-ons anger him. He wonders where all this money is going to come from.

This face is upset about his investments, 401k and home value. They have decreased dramatically. He is now concerned about outliving his net worth. This face is attempting to live the American dream and is concerned that it may turn into the American nightmare.

This face wonders about the class warfare that has surfaced in this country. He does not agree that the producers of this country should pay for non producers and illegal aliens. He wonders about all the entitlement programs and where will the money come from. The mindset of the government is, if the country needs more money, just tax the rich more, they can afford it.

This face is concerned that Homeland Security, the CIA and FBI may have taken their eye off of the ball and is not following the true threats to this country.

Therefore, this gun toting veteran who proudly served his country during the Viet Nam era is concerned about the policies and direction this country is going. This is the first time in this faces life that he is not very proud of his country and the way the face of the nation is changing. This is the first time this face has ever felt threatened by the face of government. This face is not agreeing with all these potential changes therefore, he may be classified as a radical or extremist by Homeland Security.

Is it time for the silent majority to wake up and speak out before it is too late?
