Good-bye to summer's unbearable heat,
Swimming, gardening and bare feet.
Hello to the cool breeze of fall days,
Turning leaves with color ablaze,
It's back to school,
Trying to follow each rule.
Daylight Savings give you one more hour
To spend in bed or in the shower.
Masked creatures wander through the streets,
Seeking the perfect Halloween treats.
Thanksgiving turkey and football,
Black Friday early wake up call.
Hello to the many faces of fall.
