Online education also offers more diverse course material, meaning that you can specialize in anything, not just what the local college offers. And lastly there are chat rooms that offer student bonding.

Well online education has come a long way. Some people are skeptical because they say it does not seem like a "real" education, but it all comes down to what you learn not where you learn it.
