The Palm Springs Follies have started their all-new 16th season with the show entitled, Gotta Dance! (And, boy, do they ever!!!) The Follies have proven, beyond a doubt, Mrs. Florenze Ziegfeld's famous quote, "Age doesn't matter unless you're a cheese." The singers, dancers and comedians of the Follies pledge to remain true to the spirit of the '20's, '30's, and '40's and promise to provide a world-class act at every performance.

This local Palm Springs mainstay, known all over the world, recaptures the golden days of vaudeville and the Ziegfeld Follies. Showgirls with still-fabulous figures perform in simply marvelous costumes designed by Connie Furr, Millicent Rene and Michael Rennie.
Although not stomping and strutting himself, Riff Markowitz, founder and Managing Director is Master of Ceremonies at every performance, and keeps things moving along at a comedic pace. Very debonair in his black tuxedo, Markowitz warms up the crowd nightly with his most successful deadpan humor that pokes gentle fun at seniors.
The Palm Springs Follies is a 'not to be missed' event for anyone visiting the Palm Springs, Califormia area. And, as always, the Follies can be expected to bring the most hilarious, most entertaining variety acts from around the world as their part in preserving the classic art form of vaudeville.
