The Fisher-Price Imaginext Ocean Adventure Boat Review

I want to talk about the Fisher-Price imaginext Ocean adventure boat for a minute. The only reason why I bought this boat was because on the box it looked extremely interesting. I thought that it was going to be something special just by the way they advertised it on the box.

I was a bit disappointed when I finally got it home and put it together with my son. It wasn't as interesting as it came off to be and I really wanted to take it back but I opted to keep it for my son's sake.

The negative factors about the Fisher-Price imaginext Ocean adventure boat

The only interesting thing about the Fisher-Price imaginext Ocean adventure boat is the all around aspect. I mean the idea of the boat is great but the idea isn't what's keeping my son engaged.

First of the Fisher-Price imaginext Ocean adventure boat is boring, it doesn't do anything and there isn't any spectacular about it. The only real thing that my son can do with the
Fisher-Price imaginext Ocean adventure boat is play with it in the tub. All I can really say about it is that it floats well and it comes with a lot of different pieces, that's about it. The crazy part about the whole playing with in in water is that it's not suppose to be put in water. But I have no idea how else my son is going to enjoy it.

Another thing I didn't like about the Fisher-Price imaginext Ocean adventure boat is the way it was made. There wasn't any real way for my son to play inside the boat. All of the spaces were cramped and tight which made it difficult for him to utilize the vantage point feature.

The thing that makes me most mad about the Fisher-Price imaginext Ocean adventure boat is that all of the extension that come with this boat don't even get utilized in the boat. My son takes the pieces and plays with them outside the boat, how great is that?

My conclusion?

I think that for $40, the Fisher-Price imaginext Ocean adventure boat is a waste of time and really not worth the money. I would prefer to spend money on a goat before I buy this toy again. Unfortunately I can't take it back because my son enjoys it and I guess that's all that matters. But as a consumer I expect a lot more for my money
