The Fit, Fabric, Cut and Color of Jeans that Will Make Curvy Women Look Hot

Tamara McRill
The best jeans for curvy women accentuate the curves they love, while downplaying the curves they don't. The right fit, fabric cut and color help curvy women look voluptuous and sexy. The wrong jean selection can make you look bulky, but this easy guide to jeans for curvy women will help you leave the store with the perfect pair of jeans for your body.

Best Jeans for Curvy Women: Fit
The best way for a curvy woman to look hot in blue jeans is to get the perfect fit. Don't get caught up in smaller size obsession. Yes, you may be able to fit into jeans that are a size or two smaller, but could end up looking like a stuffed sausage. A smaller size could cause unsightly 'muffin top, bulges and make your thighs look bigger. Run you hands down your sides. If your curves are spilling over, go up a size to get a more streamlined and smaller looking silhouette. Also make sure the seat of the jeans doesn't droop or stretch too much. This will make a curvy woman's butt look bigger.

Best Jeans for Curvy Women: Tummy Hiding Style
Curvy women looking for jeans to de-emphasize their tummy should try boot-cut jeans. Just be wary of this cut, if your legs and arms are thicker. Try various leg widths, to see which flatters your curvy figure best. Look for a mid-rise jean, that hits across the belly. A low-rise jean will create bulges and a high-rise jean will make your tummy appear rounder. Jean brands to try are Seven, Gold Sign, Levi's and the Gap.

Best Jeans for Curvy Women: Style for Wide Hips
If you have wide hips, look for a mid-low rise jean. This will help the jeans fit the wides part of your curves, without creating love handles. Try straight or trouser-leg jeans, to create a longer, leaner silhouette. Stay away from boot-cut jeans. Curvy women with wide hips will find fashion and body friendly jeans with these brands: Lucky, Womyn, Diesel and Joe's Jeans.

Best Jeans for Curvy Women: Minimizing Backsides
Curvy women who have it going on in the backside should look for a jean with a lower rise in the front, with a higher rise in the back. Pay special attention to jean pockets, as they could unintentionally emphasize what you are try to hide. Avoid pockets with flaps, ornate embellishments or too small pockets. Look for medium size pockets that are set at a slight angle. This will help hide your butt, while flattering your curves. The best jeans for women with bootylicious curves can be found in these brands: Earnest Sewn, Citizens of Humanity, James and Seven.

Best Jeans for Curvy Women: Top Heavy Neutralizers
For curvy women who are top heavy, purchase jeans in a lighter wash. Dark jeans could make you look stout. Try slightly distressed denim, or jeans with leg bleaching or whiskering. This will add a slight emphasis to your bottom half, without widening the body line. Try jeans from Joe's Jeans or the Gap.

I would like to take a moment to introduce you to a great new womens premium denim line. Now the jeans aren't for everyone, the jeans focus on a group that does not get alot of attention. The Curvy shaped females. The jeans are absolutely fabulous for curvy shaped women of all sizes. The brand is Little in the Middle. The thing that makes the brand stand out is that it is sized one size smaller in the waist than in the hips, so it eliminates that awful gap in the back of your jeans that let your rear end hang out while offering a great fit.
Just a mention to the curvy shape ladys that someone is thinking of them.
