The Flashing Trend of Today's Young Starlets

It's hard to open the paper or peruse the internet now without being accosted by graphic pictures of young female celebrity's nether regions. Back in the early days of Hollywood, it was rare even to see a starlet's thigh, let alone a breast. Not only are the actresses of today looser of morals as well as clothing restrictions, but the media is now eager to report on their clothing mishaps.

Britney Spears, new mother of two and former pop idol, has been in the news and gossip rags a lot lately. Even though she has a newborn at home, she is spotted nearly every night, partying into the wee hours. Among the tawdry details of her eating and drinking habits and her children's lack of supervision, her publicity has been peppered with paparazzi photos of her female genitals. It's hard to visit news websites without at least hearing about Britney and her amazing public vagina. They say any publicity is good publicity, but I don't see that being the case when your children could possibly be taken away from you. Britney Spears needs to button up and be more responsible if she doesn't want ex-hubby Kevin Federline taking her kids away.

Oh, Lindsey Lohan, when will you ever learn? This year has been rocky for little Lindsey. This girl is now the official party girl of Hollywood, spending most nights at clubs or bars, or tucked away in hotel rooms with streams of people coming in and out at all hours. She's had several collapses throughout the year, which may be attributed to her self-confessed alcoholism as opposed to the stress or exhaustion that her agent attributes it to. Although she says she is now sober, should we believe her? She is still partying, often with the aforementioned Spears, and looking ragged in public appearances. Through all of this, she still managed to get in a few vagina shots out there to the public this past year. How sweet of you, Lindsey. It's just what we wanted. Well, maybe not. I'd rather have a good Lindsey Lohan movie than that any day, especially since we have seen any of those in quite some time.

Lindsey Lohan and Britney Spears seem to be taking a lot of attention away from Paris Hilton lately. You could possibly guess that she is mending her wild girl ways, but I just think she's being over shadowed by her high-scale partying friends mentioned above. Still, she made the news quite a few times in the past year. In a most embarrassing affair a few months ago, Paris made an impromptu appearance at a club and decided to get up onstage and sing her new song. Unfortunately, she didn't make it all the way through and promptly threw up in front of her admirers. How sad! Poor thing didn't even have the courage to sing her own song. Although she flashed her naked bits and pieces a little less than Spears and Lohan, her junk was still out there for all to see. Perhaps she was jealous of her friend's publicity? Either way, I saw more of Paris Hilton than I wanted or needed.

What's left to see of these stars? Apparently their lady parts are getting more publicity than their acting or any other facet of their varied personalities. And what's next? Will the male actors like Johnny Depp or Brad Pitt start flashing their wangs? Now that I think about it, that wouldn't be so bad...oops! Sorry, I spaced out for a second there. What was I talking about? Oh yes, these Hollywood starlets need to start covering up, or at least learn to hold their skirts down when exiting their limousines.
