The Flat Iron Arts Building is home to two art-supporting organizations the Flat Iron Artists' Association and the Flat Irons Project. The non-profit Flat Iron Artists' Association supports and promotes the building's resident artists by providing them with reasonably priced art studio rentals in a nurturing artistic community. The Flat Irons Project encourages resident artists by providing the exposure artists need for success. They do this by sponsoring local art shows, building show case events and by hosting a website featuring the art of the building's artists.
The Flat Iron Arts Building is open to visitors on Flat Iron First Fridays between 6pm-10pm on the first Friday of each month. The building resident artists do offer private viewings and the building's galleries have their own schedules.
Artists seeking studio space can contact the Flat Irons Project for more information.
