The Flintstones Group Halloween Costume Ideas

"The Flintstones" costumes make excellent group costume for families. "The Flintstones" are an especially good choice if you're going out on Halloween with another couple. Even if you're stepping out on Halloween with your friends, dressing up as "The Flintstones" would be lots of fun. The costumes should be easy to make if you can find fabric or old garments made from fleece or felt. Felt is the best fabric to use. Since it isn't woven, you can cut it any way you like without hemming it. Acrylic fleece has the right texture for Flintstones costumes, but since it's woven, it might unravel if it isn't hemmed. If you're using fleece or any other woven fabric, use liquid fabric fray stop on the cut edges to prevent fraying.

Flintstones Group Halloween Costumes

Make a Fred Flintstone costume by getting a long short-sleeved orange gown or dress. Cut the sleeves and the hem of the dress with a jagged edge. Use permanent black marker to draw triangles on the Fred Flintstone costume. Then get a long light-blue scarf to tie around your neck.
