This idea is so out of the ordinary that I know this must sound strange It's a pretty easy concept. The earlier you eat the longer you have to burn those calories you just consumed. This is why you should eat the most in the morning and taper down the calories each meal throughout the day so your calorie intake looks like a pyramid.
In the mornings our metabolism is burning strong so it makes sense to take advantage of this and eat big. The food in from your morning breakfast will be the first to be burnt. You should eat about 45% of your calories before lunch.
At lunch time our bodies metabolism will slow down a little bit so we need to adjust our lunches accordingly so our metabolism can keep pace with our eating. You should eat about 35% of your calories before diner.
As the day passes our bodies get ready for sleep our metabolism will slow down. When this happens you burn less calories so that means we should consume less calories. If we don't burn everything in our system by the time we are asleep then the leftovers will not be burned but instead will be stored as fat. So instead of having dinner parties do breakfast or simply keep it light. You should eat about 20% of your calories at diner.
While this is a great key to boost up your metabolism to lose weight you must make sure you know your daily caloric intake. This program will not work like magic. You must be reasonable with how much you eat, even if it is at breakfast. I can't give any exact numbers because it will depend on your age sex weight, height and activity level. I do have other articles explaining how to find your daily caloric in take so check them out.
Make sure to be careful and read the calories on breakfast foods. With all the fatty breakfast meats and sugary foods they tend to add up faster then other daily foods. Stay away from eggs! Eggs are very high in cholesterol. 1 egg contains 270mgs of cholesterol just under the average daily limit of 300mgs cholesterol. There you go an easy way to get the most out of your metabolism.

I can't write this in the third person... I just can't. To do so would make me feel like a douche big enough to accommodate Madonna. My articles are a change of pace from what you can expect anywhere else. M... View profile
