Unfortunately, I'm not kidding. Not being facetious. I'm actually quite serious. Maybe you'd like to try the following experiment. You'll be the only one to know the results, but that's good enough for me. I want you to go into your kitchen, open up your pantry or refrigerator or both, and grab some random cans or boxes or bags of food. And I want you to look for the following ingredients on the ingredient listings of those packages, and see what all you can find. And when you're done with that, after you've gone, "Huh, well, that's interesting", I'm going to tell you exactly why you should be worried; why you should be quite outraged that your government, your elected government, the people who are supposed to be looking out for your safety, are allowing these things to be put into food... and to be deliberately, intentionally hidden from your knowledge:
