While visiting the Fountain of youth the Parking is free and the admission is seven dollars for adults and four dollars for children. When paying for admission they only accept cash so if you pay with debit you will have to go with drawl money from the ATM that is located in the Fountain of Youth Gift shop.
After paying your admission into the Fountain Of youth in St. Augustine Florida the adventure starts. You begin your first tour this tour will cover three areas of the park the first area the tour will cover is the spring house. In the spring house you will get to taste the delicious spring water from the Fountain of Youth it's self. After tasting the Fountain of youth water your tour guide will begin to tell you the story of how the Fountain of youth was founded. Who Founded the Fountain of youth and why the Fountain of youth is so important.
From the spring house you will travel over to the Discovery Globe. This will be the second part of your tour while visiting the St. Augustine Fountain of Youth. At the Discovery Globe you will enter into what appears to be a small auditorium. It will get dark and the presentation will begin. This presentation is approximately eight minutes long. While watching the presentation you will look at a big globe of the earth. The globe of the earth will show you the journeys of the early explorers whom found the Fountain of Youth.
The third part of your tour at the Fountain of youth you will go to the Planetarium. Inside the planetarium you will sit inside of a circular shaped auditorium that has seats all around the circle inside. The will be a ship recreation in the middle. This last part of your tour will last approximately 15 minutes. You will be in Pitch darkness and it will take you through Ponce De Leons Journey and you will be able to see the same stars that he saw on the night of his voyage.
After the tour is done you are free to roam the park and your ticket is good all day long so that you can come and go as you please. Some other things that you will be able to see while Visiting the Fountain of youth are the following the Indian village where the Indians use to live, an Indian burial ground that was discovered in the year 1934, A Timucua Indian exhibit , The grounds where you will get to see all of the places that Indians use to live. There is even an Archeological dig where the Archeologist is digging up the ground trying to find out more about the past.
The best part about all of this is that if you drink the fountain of youth water you may just stay young forever! You can also take home some Fountain of youth water. You can buy a small bottle of it or a big champagne bottle of Fountain of youth water that is conveniently located in the Fountain of youth Gift shop that you exit of. In the gift shop they have other things too such as Pirate stuff, toys, sea shells, everything that is historic to St. Augustine Florida and the Fountain of youth, The Fountain of youth in St. Augustine Florida is a place where the people are friendly, you can have fun, and taste a piece of history make sure to check this place out the next time you are in the lovely city of St. Augustine Florida.

Believe it or not, as long as I have lived here, I have yet to visit the Fountain of Youth. However, after reading this article, I am anxious to do so. Thanks for sharing!
