The Four Day Diet
The induction Module will help remove toxins that have accumulated in many people body. It will clear your body and mind for some of the next changes that come next. The Induction Module is written over a four day plan, but it can extend by do the same days over and over. When you do these days they will include fruits, vegetables, yogurt, legumes, brown rice, and salad.
This plan introduces new foods in different meals plan. All four days which the plan is designed for are very identical and the same. The Stretch Module is four days of loading up on all protein. "The permanent weight loss happens really with a life changing of eating habits" Dr. Smith says.
The Smooth Module offers you four days in some of your favorite foods like hamburgers, pizza, chicken, French fries and hotdogs, without overindulging.
The Vigorous Module is made to challenge you and includes many foods to help you the lap victory. Dr. Smith say that it dose not really mean that you have reached your goals or accomplished your mission. However, you can go back and do the modules all over again from the beginning. "Just remeber each modules has a good purpose," says Dr. Smith.
Dr. Smith recommends psyllium. The husk of the seeds from plants are very important source and fiber. One full tablespoon is equal to fourteen tablespoon of raisin oat bran. It's also mops up plenty of toxins and clears them out of your body. He recommended taking psyllium mixed together in six to eight ounces of water.
