One of my favorite movies is about a girl with the nose of a pig. The movie is called "Penelope" and it stars Christina Ricci. Penelope is under the curse of a spell, which is why she has the nose of a pig. "Penelope" is a great combination of laughter, fantasy and romance. This 2006 movie is rated PG, so it makes for a great family movie. If you want to see a girl with the nose of a pig while experiencing a truly wonderful and unique movie, you must see "Penelope." Journey with Penelope to search for true love in order to break the family curse.
My inspiration for the following limerick was a combination of "Penelope" and "Pinocchio." Pinocchio lied which caused his nose to enlarge in the classic Disney movie "Pinocchio," and Penelope has the nose of a pig. Two great movies join to make for one great limerick. Enjoy!
Now for the limerick: The Girl With the Nose of a Pig
There once was a girl who did lie,
she made all the other kids cry.
Her nose grew so big,
like that of a pig,
now she sits in mud and eats pie!
