The Good Wife Characters that Make the Show

Alicia Florrick is "The Good Wife". After being cheated on by her then States Attorney husband Peter, she has had to pick up the pieces of her shattered dreams and the shattered lives of her children to start all over again. Alicia lands a job at Lockhart and Gardner where her college boyfriend is a senior partner.There have been and are many people on "The Good Wife" that keep the story lines interesting and add intrigue to the show. Some characters add more than others and ever more so some on a weekly basis these characters cover the good, the bad, and the ugly of "The Good Wife".

Eli Gold

Eli is devious. He is a self centered, egotistical liar who will do anything to benefit himself. Eli is a political consultant that is willing to go to great lengths for his clients. And he knows that if he can get Peter back in office his name is golden. Eli follows the Florrick crew to make sure that they don't do anything that will affect Peter's campaign back into the State's Attorney's Office. He also digs up the dirt on the people who want Peter to fail or the ones running against him.

Kalinda Sharma

Kalinda is an investigator for Lockhart and Gardner. She does what she needs to do to find the dirt the firm needs for their cases. It has yet to be determined whether Kalinda is a lesbian or bi-sexual or it is possible that she is just willing to do whatever it takes to get the information she needs.

Blake Calamar

Blake is the investigator that came with the merger of Lockhart and Gardner with Derrick Bond. He has been doing his best to get under Kalinda's skin and has some sort of unknown past with Will. According to Cary, Blake has a colorful past and that Kalinda needs to be careful around him.

Cary Agos

Cary was in contention for the position that Alicia now fills at Lockhart and Gardner. He was let go and Alicia was given the job. Now he is on the State's Attorney payroll but has a roll in every episode top date. At times he is the undermining scorn ex-employee with an agenda and others he seem to be truly concerned with their welfare. He has even sent cases their way.
