The Graco SnugRider Infant Carseat Frame: Review
An Honest Review of the Graco SnugRider Infant Carseat Frame
One of the great features of this product is the storage net where the undercarriage is located. It fits ample supplies that you'll most likely need to carry around when you're with your baby. The one-hand-fold mechanism makes it very easy to fold it up and take it wherever you need to. Most other strollers take several steps to fold up, not this one. The Graco SnugRider Infant Carseat Frame comes with attachable plastic bins that are great for extra use. You might consider replacing these with bins that have zippers and Velcro, it could be more secure this way.
Most mothers have a hard enough time carrying their baby before the weight of the stroller is added on. The Graco SnugRider Infant Carseat Frame is very lightweight and it makes it easier for you to multi-task in the event that you're holding both your baby and the stroller at the same time. As it folds up very nicely, you won't have a problem brining it into restaurants or other places that require you store it somewhere out of sight. It's very compact when folded up.
The cup holders that come with the product are average at best, they're not very secure and you could find your coffee spilling all over the place if you're not careful. The wheels are durable, but they don't fare well with rocky or sandy surfaces. Most parents are going to be using a stroller on these surfaces anyway, so this isn't a big deal. The Graco SnugRider Infant Carseat Frame is very simple, so if you're looking for amore luxurious stroller with all the whistles and bells, then this may not be the best choice. The wheels also have a tendency to twist around and get locked into a position when the stroller is stored in a trunk or other similar position. This can make opening the stroller a bit of a struggle until you become more familiar with those little tricks that come with every stroller on the market.
Overall, the Graco SnugRider Infant Carseat Frame is a solid product that will give you great durability and lightweight properties. If you can get past the simple nature of the design then this might be the one for you. It's moderately priced at about $60 retail, so this is great value buy.
