Haulover beach was named as the number 2 nude beach in the world (after number 1 Montalivent Beach in France) by South Beach Magazine.

Haulover Beach, Miami is a great beach for those who feel social nudism is a choice in their rights and feelings of walking around in the nude the way they were born.

So is it legal? Just because there is a beach that allows nudity, does not mean that Florida allows nudity in public places. There is a Dade County ordinance that allows one to expose naked flesh legally without fear on this marked stretch of beach only.
