The Greatest Battle Comes Just Before the Victory!

What in the world is going on out there? Why is there such a fight against faith? This is about a fight for the faith, as Paul said, Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. The word say, Mark 11:22-24) 22So Jesus answered and said to them, "Have faith in God. 23For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, "Be removed and be cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. 24Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. It's being consistent in your faith and realizing that it's those that never give up and pursue until the end that will see the victory.

It's a spiritual battle. It's a fight against good and evil. The only one that has the power to turn this country around is God. He does that by working through us in prayer. We can look with our natural eyes and think we are defeated, no sense wasting our time, let's just move on. However, where would Daniel have been when facing off with a bunch of hungry lions had he given up? He would have been there evening snack. He called on God and put his trust in God and God closed the lion's mouth! We need to bow our knee and cry out to God to save this nation from the spirit of Babylon.

Whether we like it or not, we are in the middle of a lions den! It's time to shut the mouths of the lions ! We need to call on God and intercede for this nation. Daniel prayed and God shut the mouths of the lions. Daniel was told not to pray and yet he went upstairs and under an open window prayed three times a day. Do we have any idea how powerful our prayers are? Do we have any idea how things are being changed, removed and replaced in the spirit when we pray?

There is a spiritual war going on in the heavenlies against the forces of darkness. There is a fight for every man, woman and child's soul. If we say we are already defeated and give up then we will see ourselves as being defeated. The enemy would like nothing better than for us to say, we are throwing in the towel, we are giving up, what's the use! He loves to see us lick our wounds and hang our head low, so he can kick us in the gut one more time. Well it's about time, that we as Christians realize that we have authority and power over all situations. The enemy is already defeated, we just need to take authority and take a stand. God is willing to do His part if we are willing to do ours...PRAY and tell the enemy to shut up, sit down and bow his knee!

The lives of our children's and the future of our grandchildren are at risk here! We can't change people, but we can pray and ask God to move on people's hearts. We must pray for this country and all that will be influencing it like never before. The all night prayer meetings need to be restored in our churches. We can't send up "quick one cent prayers" and expect God to bring million dollar solutions. We have to understand our authority in Jesus, in order to put the devil on the run. The word says, submit to God, resist the devil and he must flee. Speak the word; proclaim the word and the enemy must obey. I don't care what it looks like in the natural, God is not a man that he should lie, keep praying and God will continue to move on those that are causing division and strife. He'll take out the stony heart and give them a heart of flesh. It was John Wesley who said, God will do nothing but in answer to prayer.

Prayer: Father, I pray that all will hear your voice and will become a voice crying out in the wilderness. Lord, may everything that had been said in secret be shouted from the mountain tops. May all works of darkness be exposed to the light. The hours are growing short and we need godly people to take leadership positions. Lord, we come against the spirit of the anti-christ, the spirit of religion, the spirit of perversion and the political spirit. Father, you have said that whatever is bound on earth is bound in heaven. I bind every spirit contrary to the will of God. I loose the Holy Spirit, the spirit of prayer, praise, worship and the proclamation of the gospel. Father, whatever laws or constitutions, are changed that they will be changed in favor of your people. So, that we may prosper and the gospel of Jesus Christ can go fourth. Father may every idol and all of man's kingdom's come to naught. Father, shake everything that can be shaken and wake-up the body to let them know, the time has come for the true worshippers to arise and stand in the face of the enemy and say..Not on my watch !
