Starro
This is a giant star-shaped creature from another planet that uses tiny versions of itself to take over the minds of those it conquers. Starro is the first adversary ever faced by the Justice League of America.
Despero
Bathed in the mystical Flame of Py'tar, a power-giving flame located on his home planet of Kalanor, Despero is a being of immense strength and psychic abilities. He is also a tyrant that enslaved his entire planet. The Justice League freed Kalanor's inhabitants, and Despero has sworn revenge on them.
The Key
He is a criminal who has the ability to create structured hallucinations in his victims. He has unlocked the 90% of the human brain that goes unused and this gives The Key a range of senses over his opponent.
Darkseid
The ruler of Apokolips, Darkseid is widely considered to be the most evil force in the DC Universe. His quest is to find the anti-life equation which would give him complete power over all free will, has led many schemes and attacks upon Earth.
Shaggy Man
Created by a scientific accident, the Shaggy Man is an unstoppable, mindless creature with the ability to heal any damage to itself instantly. In the past, the JLA has resorted in trapping the monster in a pit, shrinking it size, and even shooting it into space in order to belay its menace.
Crime Syndicate of America
The Crime Syndicate of America resides on Earth 3, a parallel Earth to our own. There, they are the only super-powered beings, perfect counterparts to the JLA, but use their powers for evil. They have crossed over to the Justice League's Earth many times to battle their noble opposites. The Sydicate's members consist of Ultraman (Superman's counterpart), Superwoman (Wonder Woman), Owlman (Batman), Johnny Quick (The Flash) and Power Ring (Green Lantern).
The Injustice Gang
This group of supervillains has rotating members, which have included Lex Luthor, the Joker, Circe, Mirror Master, Prometheus and others. They have struck at the JLA many times in many forms, but have always been defeated.
Mageddon
A war machine used by the Old Gods of the DC Universe, Mageddon was imprisoned at the edge of space and time. Escaping, the entity moved to attack Earth. The JLA was only able to defeat it by temporarily enabling every human on the planet with superpowers.
Felix Faust
Faust is an evil sorcerer who seeks to increase his own mystical powers. He has menaced the Justice League since their very early days, and continues to bedevil the heroes in the present day.
T.O. Morrow
A scientific genius who built a television set that could see 100 years into the future. From the knowledge he gained, he built many amazing inventions, many of which he used to commit crimes. Morrow is also the creator of the Red Tornado, an android he built in order to help him with his nefarious schemes. Red Tornado turned against the evil scientist and is now a member of the JLA.
Amazo
Built by Professor Ivo, Amazo is an android that can acquire the powers of the metahumans it touches. In the past, it has brought the Justice League to near defeat.
Dr. Light
A villain that posseses mastery over the uses of light. He is one of the most notorious and wretched of the Justice League's rogue gallery. He has committed unforgivable acts on those close to League members, and has had his memory erased to hide those actions.
Doctor Destiny
He is an inventor/criminal who, with the help of a mystical dreamstone, was able to fashion a device that could create reality from the fabric of dreams. He is able to manipulate the dreams of the JLA members and trapping them, making him a very dangerous adversary.
Imperiex-Prime
A galactic conquerer who threatens to initiate a new "Big Bang" and recreate the galaxies to his own perfect vision. During the battle with this tyrant, the Earth is devastated and the JLA experiences some critical losses. Only by working with one of their worst enemies, Darkseid, does the Justice League defeat this menace.
