Last night I kissed the moonlight,

When I saw the beauty of unconditional love in your eyes.

I saw my walls come tumbling down when I realized with you I can genuinely smile.

You are the rainbow that emerges from the unlocking of my weary heart.

You dance with my mind and permeate throughout my restless thoughts.

You are the rhythm to my blues for I am woman of complex moods.

You love me as I am through the matching of your actions with every word.

On the subject of my imperfections you say,

"It's okay nothing will make my feelings for you subside."

I have let my past melt away in your hands to lay a positive foundation,

For I am all settled in you are a fascinating lover and also my best friend.

I have found peace within so I can give you my love without any limits,
