The Guardian Angel

Nancie Norton
You are never alone
I am always there
I'm that cool, light breeze
Rustling through your hair

I'll always give you signs
Just trying to let you know
That I'll never be far away
I'm with you, everywhere you go

I'm that Angel on your shoulder
That whispers in your ear
When you're trying to make that decision
Where the answer is not quite clear

I give you my suggestions
Just trying to help you out
When you're trying to figure out something
And the facts may be in doubt

I'm there to keep you safe
When danger comes your way
In things that sometimes happen
During activities you do each day

So next time you're all by yourself
Just take a look around
i'll be there on your shoulder
Not making a single sound.

Thank you all for your uplifting comments on all my work, I really appreciate all of ya'll...... April, I thought about the classic Angel picture, but the poem spoke about the decisions and hazards we face, and it just seemed fitting to have one adult , maybe contemplating something. I have a scanner / copier and an inexpensive digital camera... I love taking pictures and I carry a camera everywhere I go, always looking for just the right shot.... some of my pictures are scanned, others from digital. This one was taken at Desoto Caverns outside of Birmingham, Ala. last October.,,,,,,,, I don't know hardly anything about computers, so I can't tell you anything about Kbs or ratio. I really don't know how
it works, it just works..... I'm sorry, I wish I could tell you more about it...... ~ PEACE to All ~ Nancie

I was picturing the classic photo of the guardian angel watching over the sleeping child. This poem was delicious! And you're a very good photographer. Maybe you could give some of us some pointers on how to upload photos without having them turn out warped? I have so many photos, but have not uploaded them because of a few bad experiences. Like, how many kbs, what ratio on sizes, etc?
