The Hall of Lust: Sandra Bullock

Wes Laurie
My mental affair with Sandra Bullock has been a real on again, off again relationship. There will be periods in life when I find her amazingly attractive, then there will just be a nope, not into it spell. Perhaps I can look at the highs and lows to better judge where she would ultimately rate on some scale yet to be made.

In "Demolition Man" she grabbed my attention as a youngster. I'd for sure volunteer to do the whole virtual sex thing with her. "Speed" was her big breakout, but not for me on a sex appeal level. The cheesy cyber crime movie "The Net" almost got me interested, but once again, Sandra Bullock was not pulling me all the way in. "Speed 2: Cruise Control" a terrible movie with a capital TURD, but: THIS WAS THE ONE! This was the movie where I suddenly was panting like a dog for Sandra Bullock. Why? Why did it have to be such an awful movie that I had to look like a moron for watching just to get my fix of Sandra Bullock?

After "Speed 2" my attention drifted. It was not until her 2010 comeback that I got excited for her again. It wasn't her Oscar winning role in 'The Blind Side," that one was in no way a turn on, but her nude without being nude scene in the comedy "The Proposal" was steamy. She was fun and sexy! "All About Steve" did not get me going ga-ga eyed, but I must mention I thought she was funny in that movie as well and it got a bad rap it did not deserve.

I think Sandra Bullock has bouts of being really funny and loose, but that might be because she is a good actress. Other times she gives off a too "mature" vibe and I'm not sure where that's coming from exactly because she always makes goofy comments when being interviewed too. Jesse James obviously had the hots for women with lots of body ink, so I cannot judge his wavering interest in his wife as being proof that she has too strong a prude streak to keep fantasies hot. However, it makes one wonder.

I'm curious as to where Sandra Bullock will land in a legacy of lust in my mind. If she does more roles like "Miss Congeniality" I doubt I'm going to reserve any last thoughts for her when my life flashes away on my deathbed. However, if she does "The Proposal 2: Demolition Woman On The Net" maybe she goes down in history as one hot mamma-jamma. Or is "Speed 3" a bad idea?

She's cute and spunky, she's alright in my book.
