The Halloween Poem

Walton S. Tissot
Last day of harvest
First bite of winter
Time between
Dusk and dawn
Samhain night
Make offer and fire
Give unto the dead
The earth and future
The parted curtain
Nuts and apples
To thank Pomona
Constantine's gift
To the leftover saints
And the confectioner

I love the last line; it's almost an after thought. (Love your icon picture, too...)
