The Healthy Detox

This is an excellent detox/weightloss program that I came up with when I wanted to go healthy without taking all the meds. It definitely worked for me I lost 8 pounds in a week and I tell you my body looks twice as good now, and I feel so much better.

Here is the day by day plan that I went by.

Follow closely.

First Day.

This will be the roughest day for you as it will be the sudden stopping of eating but it must be done to succeed. On this day you must only drink freshly squeezed lemon and water nothing else should be eaten or drunk. It's going to be hard but if you set your mind to it I'm positive you can pull through.

Second Day.

Ok now that your virtually starving you will be allowed one meal on this day consisting only of:
One apple, one half cucumber and ten pieces of celery. This will take away the hunger temporarily but you will feel the pangs soon enough after but don't give in. Continue to drink the lemon with water throughout this time.

Third Day.

You will be dying of starvation today and will be willing to devour anything you see but please hold on you are a quarter way through already. Today the rations will go down to one apple, nothing else except for as much lemon juice as you want. I found a key was whenever I get sick from hunger to just make a cup of it and it usually subsides the hunger a little.

Fourth Day.

Ok your over the hunger hump now your body has gone onto reserves and you are left not as sickly hungry as before on this day you may only drink the lemon juice and not eat anything.
Hold On.

Fifth Day.

You think of yourself like a camel now and imagine life without food, you feel like your fate is sealed. Wait, you can have as many celery sticks during this day as you like (well don't be too liberal) flush them all down with that lemon juice.

Sixth Day.

On this day you are going to do something that is a little gross but necessary, you are going to eat a boiled cabbage, that is all your allowed and you can eat it anytime during the day. Flush out the taste with more lemon juice.

Seventh Day.

Ok on this last day of the Detox you are not going to eat anything but you are going to drink double the amount of lemon juice than you did the other days, so that you have a lot of liquid flowing through your body.

And then it's over but my suggestion when returning to normal food is start off slowly don't stuff your face, just take it easy.

I do this detox about once every 6 months and it works wonders.
