The Heartbeat of Change

And when I let go of finding the answer I become free

While showing unconditional love to others in spite of life's difficulties I find peace

Seeing the beauty in rough patches I find the happiness I often seek

And I am better from lessons of the past but the present leads me

There is nowhere for me to run because destiny is approaching me

For this transformation is heaven sent with the faith to make a mountain move

So I have nothing further to investigate or prove

For I have no argument or recourse over the divine creator's rule

There is no disguise or no forest for me to see beyond the trees

The truth behind my dreams is making a life altering scene

The table of my heart reads transparency

With no persistent effort of my own I have become blessed with clarity

I am no longer afraid but walking along side the imperfect reflection I see

The ship of continuous change has settled on the dock that leads to my ongoing journey

So I will forever be indebted to patience as I travel down uncertain and windy roads
