The Hedges Inn in the Hamptons had been a traditional vacation destination for many for years. Located at 74 James Lane in East Hampton the Hedges Inn has been part of the history of the area and is famous for the return of the swans every season.
Set amidst the beautiful eastern seaboard the Hedges Inn is a beautiful retreat that overlooks village pond and is situated among the beautiful estates of the area. The property is a fantastic place to plan a retreat with a partner or alone as the beauty of the region is ideal for exploring, resting, being creative and more.
Guest's accommodations at the Hedges Inn are very cushy and comfortable and beautifully adorned and with only 12 rooms to work with the owners have created serene retreats. All of the guest rooms are quite charming and adorned with antique furnishings and a wide assortment of vintage pieces. All rooms feature modern amenities and comforts including Wi-Fi, luxury bath products, flat-screen televisions and more.
The Hedges Inn also features several common areas including the gardens, the living room of the inn where movies are shown, access to tennis, beaches and sailing. There is no on site restaurant, however, guests to the Hedges Inn are conveniently located near several fine dining and casual dining establishments.
Overall the Hedges Inn is one of the most fabulous places to stay in East Hampton. The level of guest and customer service is outstanding as are the accommodations. Travelers to the East Hampton area and the Hedges Inn can reach the resort by flying directly into either of the New York City airports, John F. Kennedy International Airport or New York's LaGuardia Airport. Travelers to the East Hampton area can take the Hampton Jitney round-trip to the Hedges Inn for approximately $60.
