The Hermione Granger Cocktail

For the Hermione Granger lovers, here is a yummy cocktail named after her.

Ingredients

Serves 1

1.5 oz Plymouth sloe gin

1 oz gin

.75 oz Pama pomegranate liqueur

.5 oz red grapefruit juice

1.5 oz brut champagne

Combine the ingredients in a pint glass full of ice. Stir lovingly for 30 seconds (or more), and then strain into a cocktail glass.

Tip

I'm not one who usually specifies whether or not you should get top shelf liquor's but get Plymouth. Otherwise this drink will taste like medicine.
