Did you know that being stress can cause your abdomen severe pain which is not good. It can cause you to gain a large amount of weight especially around the mid section area for some apparent reason. We all know that stress can cause anger, fatigue, hopelessness, depression, negative thinking, being over sensitive, little or no confidence, mood swings, can also cause you to eat more then usual or eat less. All these things most people are aware of that stress brings, but some people may not know that there are even more things that stress can cause.
Some people know but some don't know that when you have had a bad day and you feel yourself suddenly with a painful headache it is brought on by stress. If you go to your doctor and suddenly you are suffering from high blood pressure this may or may not be the cause but it very well could be if some adjustments have recently been made in your life. It can also cause you to have skin issues not to mention, restless nights can be another problem that leads up to stress as well as drinking alcohol to often, experimenting with drug use, even not wanting to be around others anymore can also be signs of stress.
The major issues that stress can cause or be associated with is miscarriages be aware that in early stage of pregnancy it have been studied that stress can cause you to have a miscarriage. Not only that stress can go as far as to be linked to ulcers, shortness of breath, infertility, diabetes, and even low to no sex drive. The list get even worst stress can affect your heart, cause major or minor strokes, even certain cancers these are all reason why we should relax more and focus on not stressing. If you should feel that you are not just stressing over the daily things in life then you should seek counseling and be under doctors care. Stress can be tragic to your health, but if you feel that you are stressing but don't need professional help at the moment then try the breathing method just a little bit of relaxation breathing and yoga can also work wonders for stress and try to be a stress free as you can enjoy life.
