The HP Mini 1110NR is a well-designed and light weight netbook with an interesting integration of the Linux operating system. Light weight netbooks are wonderful for people who desire low maintenance solutions for chatting, checking email, viewing pictures, and watching YouTube videos.

Appearance plays an important role in the overall product differentiation for the HP 1110NR. The unique button layout and touchpad are the first visual aspects that people will notice. The touchpad is unlike other laptops as the buttons are placed on the sides of the netbook, instead of at the base of the machine (like most laptops).
