The Image of God
We are each and every one created in God's image.
Some people, through their own selfish thoughts and actions may re-mold the clay.
All may go well (or so they think) until they look into a mirror one day.
The person they see looking back at them
Won't be at all what they expect.
It will not be a reflection of their Heavenly Father if all they have shown Him is neglect.
Be careful how you live each day.
Let everyone see God's Son reflected through you.
It will not be difficult if you keep the clay pliable and let the Master Potter do what He wants to do.
You really want to be able to look yourself in the face before you close your eyes each night.
You'll get a good nights rest and awake refreshed.
When you look into your mirror it won't be such a fright.
Smile at the image looking back at you and save that smile to give to everyone you meet.
You will collect more smiles than you give and that does make life sweet.
