The Importance of Eating Name Brand Products

Many years ago, when the food was first packaged there were many dangers. Dangers on the streets and dangers in the food. Before there were preservatives, the food would spoil right in the can. It would have a tin taste and a bad odor, and many of the people would just boil it and think that would take care of any bacteria in it. Well boiling a product does cut down the risk of bacteria, but it doesn't stop botulism and it doesn't stop food poisoning. Sometimes the can of food was just put in a can not to long before, and it would still spoil. Although the food a drug administration checks products in an effort to keep people from being poisoned or eating food that is filled with dangerous chemical and bacteria, it is a bigger job they the people think. To literally check every item that is on the shelf in the grocery store, would be an unconquerable task.

Many small stores, think that if they can get the items cheap and sell them cheap, that they can make money on the volume of people that shop there and the volume of products sold there. It was very important in the early 40's to purchase only name brand products that come from an honest company, with a good reputation. It was also dangerous to eat at somebody else's house because many of the items that they cooked were old and sitting around for a while. To walk up to the store and buy fresh food, everyday, would be very difficult to do. The smaller companies that you have never heard of usually are alright, but it is very important, that the food be made by a company that knows what they are doing and a company that puts exactly the right ingredients in the product.

Today, there is still a danger with these no mane brands. Occasionally you by a product and it is on sale. Why is it on sale? That is a good question. Maybe they bought to many and need to get rid of them before they will be to old to sell.Or maybe, the product doesn't last as long on the shelf and they need to get rid of them. These stores don't really care if you get sick on these items. They are interested in keeping there products selling and bringing in different customers.

The name brand companies put alot of work and effort into making there products safe. At a price that the customer can afford. With the unions in the work place, for workers rights, and the cost of running the factory and keeping the products clean, can be very costly. But the reason, I am concerned, is because there are a few stores around, where the items are very reasonable, But can you eat the items in peace. Can you go in a store, and purchase an item and be assured that they are good to eat.

My husband likes to store hop and I keep telling him not to buy anything from those small outlets, that sell food. Why because recently he bought a few items at the local grocery store, and a few items at an outlet. One of the dates on a package was dated as packed in Aug, of 1945. The waffles that he bought were heated up and I took one bite and they were stale. There are several dangers. Could there be worms or maggots in the food? If you eat one of these foods and don't see the items that are contaminated, you might not get sick, but however, if the food has any kind of parasites, they could go to your brain, and attack your nervous system. Causing severe suffering and eventually death. From my understanding meningitis was around then as well as polio. I wonder what eating spoiled food had to do with all these deceases?

Although, the grocery store has there own brand, you need to be careful, before purchasing some of these brands. And what are the dangers of getting fruit from Mexico. Now I did a study where they were adding something to one of the spices on the market and the USA government caught it and stopped buying this item . Now why are all the fruits at the Food Store coming from Mexico. I can't bring myself to eat it. The fruits look good, but I am just Little Leary about buying any item that isn't made in the USA.

Know your companies well. Research and investigate. So you know what you are eating is safe. So you at least know the Company, and where it is located. Some of these companies need to be watched by the consumers. So select a company that is reputable.

Do you know the dangers of eating food with maggots in it. I was at a bus terminal several years ago, and the people on the street were eating food from trash cans. These were street people. Who could barely talk. The food they were eating had maggots that they just whipped off. I gave one lady my lunch because it was so sad. She appeared to have leprosy. Do you know that leprosy could still be present in the street people.

The maggots had eaten her brain and were eating her from the inside out. Which is another reason why I don't go there anymore. She was later gotten off the street and put somewhere where nobody could catch it. And believe me i did report it. Very scary. Which is another reason when Jesus healed the leopard man he said be healed and go and sin nomore. Did you notice that he didn't say come and follow me like he usually did. That is why. It is a very dangerous disease and was around in those days. He didn't want the others to be exposed to leprosy. So, in conclusion, if Jesus with all his power and glory, told the leopard man to go and sin nomore, then I am going to stay as far away from street people as I possibly can. They did find the women and get her off the street. But is was a very sad site indeed. Not all is rosy in this world. You can't help everyone. You can only stay away from them. .
