The Importance of Having Self-Control as a Christian

The Effects of Your Behavior as a Christian

C.M.Song
As Christians we are representatives
of Jesus Christ.
And the way we conduct ourselves
publicly is crucial for being an
example to others.
Your behavior is being watched
by other Christians and also by
Non Christians.

And every Christian person
has a mission given by
Jesus Christ Himself,
the ministry of bringing others
into the Kingdom of God,
through the message of Jesus Christ's
free gift of Salvation and forgiveness..

But do you know that your behavior
can destroy your ministry and can
keep others from desiring to have
the same faith that you have?
And it can also do the opposite too-
If they see you walking in a godly
way- they will want to share
the faith you have.

Unfortunately,
we have many churches full
of people that are social club
Christians, and do not know
the damage it can causes to others
coming to Jesus Christ.

People are hurting and they
need to see the true Christian
behavior, they need to feel
that there are Christians that really
care.

Christians need to be humble,
demonstrating the love of Jesus Christ
to their neighbors and family in Christ.

Once you've received Jesus Christ,
everything is about giving Him
Glory.
Sadly, many Christian are between
the walls of the Church and the World.
And are very concern about themselves,
and about material things.
Even though having material things is a
blessing, and there isn't anything wrong
with it, but as Christians we need to be
focus on God first.

Of course, it is never too late to repent,
there is always forgiveness for every sinner,
whether Christian or not-
That's why Jesus Christ was born, died and rose for us.
To give us Salvation and forgiveness from our sins.
When you confess to God and ask
forgiveness in Jesus' Name.
No one on earth is perfect.

But if you're a Christian praying and trying
to bring others to Christ Jesus,
Check your behavior.

And keep praying for God's help and
for a harvest.
