The New Improved MyLot Site

I am a current member of a website called MyLot. This is a site where you earn cash for posting discussions and responses. When I first joined, the rules were a little unclear, but the site has improved tremendously since I have joined. Anyone who has tried it and quit, I encourage you to give it another chance. The site has improved tremendously. MyLot's current goal is to make the site easier to navigate and to understand, while making it a higher quality site as well. I believe they are achieving that purpose.

First of all your discussion or response needs to be of high quality and require more than a yes or no answer. Do not submit discussions already posted that are very similar to discussions already posted. Check the search area in the upper left hand corner to type in discussion topics. Follow the guidelines and you will earn money. Those who start discussions with yes or no questions will lose money. If your response to a discussion is a yes or no or similar short answer, you will lose money. Don't waste your time rating those types of responses or you can give them a negative rating. You do not have to comment on each persons response either, but it is good to give them a plus rating if there answer is a good contribution to the discussion.

Do not listen to what other members think about the best ways to earn money. There is a header bar where you can click on discussions, friends, messages and myLot. Click on myLot for the appropriate guidelines and they will give you all the do's and don'ts. For instance, when I first started I thought I had to reply to every single persons response, (not true according to the guidelines). Under the header discussions, you can find new discussions, discussions from my interests, discussions my friends have started, discussions I have started and if you click on more on the far right, you can find your unresolved discussions. This is all very helpful. If you have any unresolved discussion, wait a few days, check on it, rate responses, make comments if you want to and then choose the best response. You can also find out what your best responses have been. This is helpful for you to know what myLot is looking for.

There is also a new rating system now. Next to each members icon there is a star and it will show a number from 1 to 10. If you have a 10 you are doing a good job, if not you still have room for improvement. Review those myLot guidelines more than once if necessary. Also, pay attention and read any alerts you receive from myLot, otherwise you may miss an important change or improvement. The site seems to be improving in quality a lot lately. I am very pleased with the changes. When I first got referrals from another one of my sites, they were a bit stumped about what to do and so was I. I helped them as much as I could and they have all stayed with me. You do earn a % of your referrals earnings, so it's nice to have as many referrals as you can. I love the new rating system, since I prefer to hook up with people who have at 9 or preferably a 10 rating. I was referred to this site by someone from another one of my community's and I'm so glad she let me know about myLot. Both sites are a lot of fun and very addictive, plus, you get paid! How can you beat that?
