Another luxurious Inn located here in Asheville, North Carolina is the Inn on the Biltmore Estate. If you missed the article on the Grove Park Inn, be sure to check that one out too. The Inn on the Biltmore Estate is, you guessed it, on the Biltmore Estate. A recent addition to the Estate, the Inn makes the perfect companion for the Vanderbilt's home. Given a 4 Diamond rating by AAA, the Inn certainly marks prestige.

The Inn proudly boasts over two hundred guest rooms, and nine elegant suites. The rooms are divided into the following categories: Deluxe, Grand King, Premiere King, Terrace, and Balcony. The Deluxe rooms feature the option of one king, or two double beds. Grand King rooms offer the excellence of the Deluxe rooms while also offering a bathroom with the convenience of a separate tub and shower. Premiere King Rooms offer that of a Grand King, while only offering one King sized bed. Terrace rooms provide Grand King Room conveniences at the ground, terrace level. Balcony rooms feature one king bed on the balcony level which overlooks the beauty of Biltmore.

The William A. V. Cecil suite is named for the current Estate owner, and is the definition of fine luxurious living. The suite is located in the sixth floor turret, and offers spectacular views of the surrounding Estate beauty. The Suite is 1,400 square feet, and includes a living area, bedroom, dining area, pantry, wet bar, and the option of another connecting room.

The two Mountain Suites, Wharton and James Suite have been named for literary figures who were two close friends of George Vanderbilt, the Biltmore Estate Visionary. The Wharton Suite is located on the sixth floor, and the James Suite on the fifth. Each of these suites contains a living area, sleeping area, wet bar, and pantry in a generously space 1,200 square feet. The views here are of the surrounding countryside.

The Junior Suites: Dresser Suite, Sloane Suite, Webb Suite, and Pinchot Suite, are 800 square feet with a living area, sleeping area, and two have the option of connecting rooms. These Suites were named after George Vanderbilt's wife, niece, sister and the overseer of his forestry, who later became Governor of Pennsylvania, respectively. These suites are located on the third and fourth floors.

The Estate Suites: Sargent Suite and Burghley Suite are on the third and fourth floor, are perfect for social gatherings. Each of the 900 square feet suites contains sofas, dining tables, wet bars, and the optional connecting rooms.

Check in is at 4PM daily, and you must be checked out by 11 AM. For information about rates and reservations, please see the Biltmore Website. The Inn is a non-smoking facility; therefore, no smoking rooms are available. In addition to these lovely guest rooms, dining and meeting spaces are also available.
