The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency Season 4 Review

In the fourth season of Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency, Janice gets rid of her dead beat business partner Peter, which was a good move. Peter had too many problems. First, he never paid the models in a timely fashion. Some of the models were never even paid for jobs they did. Hopefully, Janice straightened all of that out and paid them. Second, Peter wanted more blonde bimbos in the agency. Women who looked like they should be on the cover of Playboy is not what Janice wants in her modeling agency. She wants women with unique looks. She wants to find the next Kate Moss, not the next Pamela Anderson. I'm glad Janice got rid of him because he was bringing the agency down.

She also got rid of some of the models who weren't pulling their weight. For some reason she kept Kehoe. Kehoe is irresponsible, reckless, lazy, a drunk and completely insane. He could be a better model in he didn't act so childish. He has the looks and the body but his mind is not mature enough to handle the opportunity that he has with Janice. For example, one time he got drunk at a fashion shoot. He could of ruined it for him and Janice but luckily he pulled himself together to finish the shoot. I won't be surprise if Janice got rid of him before the season is over with.

Janice also decides to move to the glamous Hollywood Hills and restart her agency. She closed down her other agency in her other agency, Hollywood and Highland and bought a model house. She picked several models to live in the house....with HER! She will be living, sleeping, eating, and bathing with the models. They will learn from her what it is to truely in a model. She will also be conducting business in the very same house. It is insane! It is so insane that it might actually work. But not for long. She shouldn't be conducting business in the place where she lives. Its not professional. But I understand that she doesn't have enough money to run the agency in a separate building. Its a mart move that she will be living with the models. The models can learn a lot from her. She can sculpt them into superstars. She can work wonders on people. For example, When Janice first created her agency, she chose a girl named Crystal to be her model. Now Crystal was a little rough looking but Janice saw potential. Janice made her into the most successful model in her agency.

Janice Dickinson is a very strong and dedicated woman. Sometimes she makes bad choices but she grows from the mistakes she has made in her life. If anybody can make this work. I know she can.
