The Japanese Connection Automotive Center: Colorado Springs, Colorado's Best Business
Honest Car Repairs or Maintenance and True Customer Service with Fair Market Prices
Colorado Springs, CO 80909
United States of America
Many people can work on their own vehicles, but not all of us are mechanically inclined or have the physical ability to do anything more than pump gas or check tire pressure. For the masses who are in that category, finding a good auto repair business, with honest, reliable and fair mechanics and owners, is worse than going to the dentist.
Over the years of looking for that perfect auto repair place, I, as well as many others have gone through getting auto shops, who were not so honest, fair or reliable. After much frustration and more money than I am willing to admit to, I have finally found that perfect auto repair place. In Colorado Springs, Colorado, that would be Japanese Connection on E. Boulder Ave. A massive auto repair building that obviously, has been upgraded and kept fine tuned with the times, Kraig Hermes has built a business that offers the total package.
If you are like me, you are scared to death to take your vehicle to be repaired. You don't know the details of what you need to have done, you don't have a clue what it will cost and you are sure, the mechanic will see that dumb look on your face and take you to the cleaners. Not at Japanese Connection. From the minute you drive up and walk in the door or call on the phone, you can feel the good atmosphere of this place. Extremely clean, comfortable and the friendliest staff I have dealt with in years. Plus, they keep a hot pot of coffee on in the waiting room.
Matt is the Service Manager at Japanese Connection. He is knowledgeable and a customer first, car guy. He knows about vehicles and offers as much information and facts as he can. He goes to great lengths to get you the best prices on parts and to find the most dependable parts on the market. You can take his word for the final diagnosis of problems. He never adds stuff to the bill that is not needed. Another added feature of dealing with Japanese Connection, is Service Intelligence. Service Intelligence keeps up with your vehicle and lets Matt know when it's time for needed maintenance or checking for potentially needed repairs. No guessing...facts and statistics that are designed especially for what is going on with your vehicle. They send you an email or postcard with a reminder for you to think about getting those things done.
Kraig, owner of Japanese Connection is hands on. He expects everyone on his staff, to go as far as needed to guarantee customer satisfaction. Everybody who works for Kraig has to be proficient in all working parts of the business. Creating a compatible, efficient team is Kraig's strong suit of business. Everyone works together to get whatever jobs are pending, done efficiently and in a timely manner.
The team of mechanics, Mike and Bryce, and Shane are highly skilled in auto repair. They not only work on foreign, non European autos, they work on American vehicles as well. Everyone in the shop has turned a wrench. Everyone spends the time to keep their skills current, and in tune with today's auto repair technology. A state of the art shop and a staff that is second to none in the Springs, Japanese Connection is a true gem in today's world. Not only will they do a great job fixing your car, they will give you ride in their courtesy shuttle, anywhere in Colorado Springs. After your vehicle is fixed, they will come back to pick you up. No charge, no hassles.
Colorado Springs is lucky to have this great business. Finding the perfect auto repair place can make you crazy and can break the bank. Japanese Connection is a breath of fresh air. They provide all the right ingredients for any automobile owner who is keeping their car to save money or just likes their car. They aren't building a business that tries to pay the mortgage on the backs of each customer. They are growing a business that is truly interested in helping people and providing an honest service.
If you need honest, fair car repairs done in Colorado Springs, call Kraig or Matt at 719-574-5415. Japanese Connection is located at 3519 E. Boulder Ave, near Platte and Academy.

Post a CommentGreat review, Rose! I'm very glad that you found this place to care for your car. It's hard to find a good repair shop to keep coming back to. Great to know there are still folks like these (who don't just look to drain all your savings on unnecessary stuff) around! :o)
Good work as always.
