The Jena 6 is a prime example. Nooses are hung from a tree at a school. Youth attend the school therefore this outrageous act of stupidity was aimed towards the black youth that attend that school. Now as I mentioned before we are having a violence crisis among our youth. So now the black youth in this predominantly white town are basically now being enticed to violence and misbehavior. They're being called out, teased and made a mockery of. I'm pretty sure that school officials knew that this was not going to be a easy problem to resolve. They should have known that from the moment the question was asked as to whether black students were going to be able to sit under a white tree something was going to go terribly wrong. But once again a Band-Aid was placed over a bullet wound and an infection is now forming and will spread. Now tensions are getting high, black people are frustrated, white people are in denial, now there is division. Blacks against the Whites. Remember though, the problem started with youth. So the youth decide to take action into there own hands because outside sources said ok well I don't see a crime. So basically you all find one and then we'll talk. A fight breaks out a white boy gets beat up and now you have a crime. Not one but six black youths were arrested and now six more black males are in jail. Not only were they jailed but were treated like adults a mistake on the behalf of the law officials. The same officials who didn't try to prevent the problem. The same ones that said there was no crime to begin with and the same ones who are still refusing to free one of the youth. Why? The white boy who was supposedly beaten was treated and released and still managed to make it to an event that same day. Sounds like a set up and the black boys were most likely provoked and fell right into a trap. This is the beginning of a war.
Black people we have got to be smarter. We need to see all this for what it really is. We experience racism everyday and we deal with it the best we can. We shall not be moved, but we also should not be provoked. That's what is expected of us. Our youth were targeted first because they are our future and easily resort to violence. We need to be an example to them. Yes the past has left many scares but they are not healing because we have not properly treated them. They're open and vulnerable, as we are still vulnerable. White people are preying on our vulnerability and taking advantage of our hurt. What didn't kill us made us stronger and will make our youth even stronger. Do not resort to violence, and riots and destruction. That's what they want to prove that we are violent, crazy, out of control and therefore need to be in bondage and striped of our freedom. They've already been successful with our men let's not let them overthrow us all. Remember all white people are not the same just like all black people are not the same. So continue to love another and be kind to one another. Know your worth and when someone tries to challenge it stand up for yourself but don't fall to violence. Let's be civil and expose them for the racist, evil hearted, jealous, envious, weak, disgusting, stupid, senseless, prejudice, violent, demonic, bad, wicked, vile, corrupt cowards that they are. We don't have anything to prove we are extraordinary, peculiar people and we will not be defeated. This is not a set back but a set up for black people. This battle is not ours God is our avenger, no weapon formed against us shall prosper because if God before us who can be against us. Pray for peace and follow peace with all men. Grace&Peace.

Post a CommentThese kids were not national merit finalists that attacked him. He was never directly implicated in anything against the thugs. Even if he was wearing a kkk robe to school they had no right putting their hands on him. You are right this just lends credence to the theory of the barbaric negro and young men are too stupid to realize it. I bet 3 of the six pull at least 10 years in jail.
