The Joy of Soap was created by Melissa Hutcheson; she had trouble finding soaps that were not full of chemicals and that are very bad for the skin, so she decided to make her own soaps that were made with pure and natural ingredients the good old fashioned way. This is how the Joy of Soap began.
I was given this great soap to try and I am so glad that I did. I like almost anything with ginger in it- ginger tea, ginger cookies, gingerbread, but most of all I like ginger just by itself in its pure and natural state.
Ginger is known worldwide for its many medicinal uses and this is the reason why The Joy of Soap Ginger Snap is so beneficial for the skin, because it is made with a strong concentration of ginger. The fragrance of fresh ginger essential oil invigorates the senses and helps to create a truly pleasant and wonderful experience for your bath or shower.
The ingredients in The Joy of Soap Ginger Snap are:
Water, organic olive oil, organic coconut oil, organic palm oil, sodium hydroxide, castor oil, ginger essential oil, lemongrass essential oil, clove essential oil, and ginger root powder.
All of the soap products made by The Joy of Soap start out with a foundation of organic and locally produced olive oil, organic coconut, castor, palm oils, and The Joy of Soap uses certified organic and natural ingredients to make all of their handmade soaps. In addition to Ginger Snap, The Joy of Soap makes other soaps that come in a variety of scents, such as Lavender, Peppermint Passion, and Rosy Cheeks Rosemary, to name a few, but my review focuses on Ginger Snap.
The Joy of Soap Ginger Snap that I tried weighs 5 oz. and comes in its own individual protected pouch which you can store for future use. The pouch will help the bar last longer and keep the soap dry between each use. Also, the Joy of Soap makes two different sizes of bars a 5 oz. and a 2 oz., which is very good to take with you if you travel.
I absolutely love how this soap is made with such pure, natural, and invigorating ingredients. The scent of The Joy of Soap Ginger Snap smells just like ginger and it invigorates and stimulates the senses. It is the kind of soap that is spicy, but yet refreshing and leaves my skin feeling soft and rejuvenated.
If you like the scent of ginger and you want to try a soap that is pure, natural, does not have any chemicals in it, and is very good for your skin, may I suggest that you try The Joy of Soap Ginger Snap? It is the soap with Pizzazz!
You can find The Joy of Soap Ginger Snap at www.thejoyofsoap.com from $3.50 to $7.50.
