You may already aware what happens if your body is not fuelled up with the right quantity of nutrients. It can affect how your body performs and the overall fitness benefits to your body. Eating healthy is undoubtedly very important but, there are lot of myths about eating the right food that may become hurdles to your body's performance if you listen to them. 1. What happens when you work out with an empty stomach?

Sometimes you hear a rumbling noise in your stomach. This particular rumbling in your stomach is trying to tell you something about your body. If you don't listen to or care these sounds in your stomach and continue working, you are forcefully pushing your body to run without any fuel. So, when ever you think of doing an exercise or any activity that involves some physical stress, always eat at least some light snack such as an apple or two bananas.

  1. What happens if you rely on energy drinks and bars to fuel your body?
  2. These energy drinks and bars are fine every once in a while but, they will not provide you with the essential antioxidants that your body needs to prevent ailments such as cancer. The best foods you can find around are Fruits and vegetables. These foods are loaded with vital vitamins, fluids, minerals and fibers.

    1. What are the effects of skipping breakfast?
    2. Please be aware that skipping breakfast is never a good idea nor it does any good to your body. Your day should start with a good breakfast. The moment you get up from the bed early in the morning, your body needs fuel as early as possible and without this fuel, you will not feel content and will be hungry throughout the day.

      2. Carbohydrates are essential for your muscles and help in storing of energy but, excess carbohydrates can end in accumulating fat. So, give enough care about the level of carbohydrates in your daily food.

If you happen to observe that you are dropping weight too fast, just eat a bit more food.

            2. Clean water, fruit juice and milk are the best drinks for humans to stay active through out the day.
