The Kiss of Death

Pandora Hall
On a bed of black silk I lay you down
You do not stir, nor make a sound,
I feel your blood alive and warm
Soon your body will die, wither and change form.
Your blackening heart will stop beating soon
As we lay here together bound by the moon.
I bend to wake you from your rest
With a kiss so passionate - the kiss of death.
