The Last Exorcism with a World Premiere at LAFF

The Los Angeles Film Festival is into a sixteenth year and this event hosts over 75,000 attendees from film enthusiasts to film makers. This year will be one of the best with many of the films having their world premieres at the festival. A horror film that is in attendance, which pits the devil against a faithless reverend, is The Last Exorcism (World Premiere). The film stars Patrick Fabian (Pig), Jamie Alyson Caudle (Jonah Hex), and Louis Herthum (Mutants). The synopsis for The Last Exorcism here:

"After a career spent helping the devout through prayer and trickery, Reverend Cotton Marcus (Patrick Fabian) invites a film crew to document his final fraudulent days as an exorcist. Soon his faith is truly tested when a desperate plea from the father of a possessed girl (Ashley Bell) brings him face to face with the devil himself" (Bloody).

Release Date: July 17th (Limited Engagement).

Writers: Huck Botko and Andrew Gurland.

Cast: Patrick Fabian, Iris Bahr, Louis Herthum, Ashley Bell, Tony Bentley, Caleb Jones, Shanna Forrestall, Allen Boudreaux, Denise Lee, and Becky Fly.
