The struggle of juggling the family, children, our spouse, or being a single parent, such as myself is hard enough too. We go through every day with health, relationships, friends, family, children, and work. It's a routine most of us always go through without even thinking or blinking. At the end of the day, we sit and comprehend what we could have changed to make things better. As a woman myself, I have been through alot of the emotional rips of what life has thrown at me in my time. Horrible relationships, being a single parent, emotional strains of making ends meet, working, my health, my children, and so on. Mess with a woman's emotional feelings and it's like a time bomb ready to go off. The emotional strain we woman go through every day takes a toll on us. Yet for millions of us we learn to control our emotions without reacting or showing in our daily routine. How we look, smile, smell, breathe, health wise, appearance, hormone changes in our lives, will affect each of us in our life. Some women are very sensitive to our feelings, needs and wants and we try every day to fight what we can't handle. It's not a healthy lifestyle for most of us, but again, we are so use to our routine, we don't even think to take a second to realize we are hurting ourselves. The strain that some of us women go through in today's society can be just too much, that some women can't control or handle it themselves. Most of us millions of women want the feel and need to be independent these days. Trying to be a successful career woman, holding down the home, taking care of our children , family, extended family, or loved ones, besides ourselves is alot to handle for one person. As men have been able to handle the concept of working every day to provide for their family, most don't realize what us women go through in a daily life, or a day.
Unfortunately, some of us women don't realize along with the taking changes and control we take the rollercoaster ride of our every day life too. As men struggle in today's society as well, most don't have to deal with the emotions us women go through every day. Hormonal changes as we get older, such as menopause, or sometimes health concerns can become worse for us. Not saying that men won't go through health problems in their life, we all do in our time. Alot of us women just tend to take the beating and the struggle we are so use to dealing with every day of life. We deal with so much in today's world to make everyone happy and not realizing we are not taking care of ourselves sometimes. For myself, I am a single parent, who struggles with 2 young children, home, work, a bitter divorce these days, and the horrible ordeal of relationships that I have encountered in my past too. I have to deal with my health in poor condition these days as it has tremendously changed in the past year as well too. Alot of us women encounter that life will come at you fast at any given time, and we all must deal with it at one point in our life. Today's society changes every day, and fast as well. Us women, must cope with the ideal of life as it is given to us every day and adjust to it, as it comes. With that, we learn to cope with our feelings, emotions, strains of every day life. Yet for millions of us women, we have come along way since our grandmothers were around and didn't have the strains that we have to bare today.
