The Lighting of the Peace Candle Activities

Friday November 27th will be filled with activities in Downtown Easton. They have a line-up of events from having pictures taken with Santa Claus at the Third Street Alliance to the lighting of the candle. The candle is located at Centre Square and will be lit at 7:30 PM. Activities start at 5:00 PM and the event goes until 9:00 PM. They have a Reindeer Village, pictures with Santa Claus and you can take a horse and carraige ride. Santa Claus will be arriving on his sleigh. A lot of the local shops and restaurants are having open house specials and there are places you will be able to buy crafts and wreaths. Crayola factory will also be having a family fun night, which is also located right in Centre Square.

There are many events lined up for the evening, it really is a great family fun night. If you live close enough to Easton to make it down for the night, I recommend it. The whole family will have a lot of fun and get into the Spirit of Christmas. This is the best Christmas event in our area and there is so much to do. I live close enough to Easton to know about the Lighting of the Candle. We will be bringing the kids up to the activities tonight, they have been looking forward to the lighting of the candle for over a week now.
