The Lost City of Atlantis

Atlantis is the utopian society that lived 12,000 years ago when the great flood pushed the city of Atlantis to the depths of the ocean. The 12,000 year question is where is now? Other people are more curious about the technology and the society of Atlantis. Atlantis was brought mainstream by a guy named Plato who gave a story about and gave hints on the location where it is located.

Atlantis has five concentric circles where the water channels are. There also a cross of land mass through the city as well and a hill in the center where the temple is at. Plato described Atlantis to be on a continent with the worlds largest mountain chain and the continent is surrounded by water. Most maps including Google Earth place Atlantis in the Atlantic Ocean, not far from Spain and Portugal. That is also the located where Plato described where Atlantis is, but when people go there they find nothing. So people believe that Plato was mistaken or something changed to move the location of it. There are some crazy locations of Atlantis like Wisconsin where people believe Atlantis is located.

If Plato is correct and you take in consideration of plate tectonics, Atlantis is located in Antarctica. Antarctica was indeed in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. This was proven by Albert Einstein and a old map that showed Antarctica without ice which was impossible unless the continent there. Antarctica has the worlds largest mountain chain like how Plato described and with satellite images has a place with 5 concentric circles with a cross through it. Scientists say that area can not be Atlantis because snow and ice is always flat, no matter what is underneath it.

The Atlanteans powered their city with crystals that stored the Sun's energy and stored information. The Atlanteans were the original pyramid makers and their pyramids had only three sides unlike the newer pyramids which had four sides. The Atlanteans had a king who was Poseidon. The Atlantian people looked young all of the time and could live up to 800 years old. Atlantis was a utopian society in which everyone was happy until they started to become corrupt. People became greedy and energy hungery. The Atlantans kept on tuning the crystals to create more energy until one day the energy became too great for them to control and the crystals started to vibrate so much that it started to create earthquakes. The earthquakes triggered a tsunami that was hundards feet tall and sank Atlantis. The Atlanteans believed that the gods punished them for their greedness.
