The Love of a Dog

Barbara Wilson
Dogs will love you when all others fail;
They're always faithful, they'll chase their tail.
They keep you company when no one's around;
And, when you need quiet, they won't make a sound.

They give you unconditional love;
Placing you all others above.
Even when you're gone for a while;
When you return, they give you a big smile.

A dog is just about the perfect pet;
They're better than a lot of people I've met.
So, if you've a choice between human and dog;
I'd choose the latter, I'd even state this in a blog.
