that could comfort
all the years spent crying,
understand,
all the moments
pushed and trying.
The who,
that could caress
all the longing,
softening,
all the pain,
with a smile removing the stress.
The who,
that holds on, when felt like letting go,
hears all the words,
in the loss of breath to voice,
with heart enough,
to just know.
The who,
that gazes in to see far more,
opening up these eyes,
reflective windows,
to view,
something special,
known,
but never seen before.
The who,
that has been there,
each and every day,
whispering lightly over the shoulder,
with a gentle kiss,
when heart has lost its way.
The who,
that one,
that loves,
as love,
is true.
