There are two male contestants remaining that are worth voting for. One is David Archuleta, a sweet guy of 17, and the other is David Hernandez, age 24. There are other contestants in American Idol who definitely can sing, but these other contestants reach out to such a limited audience that their chances of winning American Idol are slim at best.
Starting with Chikezie he most definitely has talent, but whenever he performs you get the feeling that you're watching a show made in 1960. Chikezie is the only black guy left on the show, which is a great shame.
Danny Noriega puts on a great performance, and he does have a beautiful voice. However, the things that make him unique will eventually work against him. American Idol is not supposed to be a joke, and although Danny Noriega makes people laugh by his funny faces and comments, you want a contestant that you can relate to, not a clown.
David Cook is OK, but how he got this far is a mystery. He has a personality that is quite simply strange, and sad to say he lacks the looks. David Cook will be voted off next, as it's very hard to relate to him.
Jason Castro on the other hand has good looks, and performs well. However, his type is quite specific, and does not appeal to a big enough group of people. Chances are Jason Castro's vocals will fail when he sings in a different genre.
Luke Menard is the a capella singer from Crawfordsville, IN. Luke Menard has a great voice, but when he's on stage he does not perform well enough. He has an eerie personality, and will be more suited singing with his a capella band than in American Idol.
Lastly there's Michael Jones. The Aussie is one of the few male contestants that looks like a man, and acts like one. Unfortunately for him the vocals are not good enough, and he also struggles with having something different. Danny Noriega is too different, so there has to be a balance here. Michael Jones is your average guy on the streets; he does not stand out in a crowd.
Jason Castro and Danny Noriega came this far because they have something different to offer. Chikezie, David Cook, Luke Menard, and Michael Jones will most likely be voted off in the next few rounds of American Idol, and should never have made it through Hollywood week. The truth is brutal, and when it comes to American Idol you have to be different, but also have something people can relate to. The only two still remaining contestants that have these qualities are David Archuleta and David Hernandez.

I'm for Hernandez, any man who is so self assured that he can pole dance and strip is a real man to me. Grin!
