This antioxidant is only found in Green Tea leaves and is one of the most potent antioxidant in the world today. This antioxidant has many benefits for our body's one of them is that it neutralizes free radicals in our body. Some other health benefits of this powerful antioxidant found in Green Tea is that it lowers cholesterol levels, stops blood clots, and stops the growth of cancer cells. This is so amazing for many people worldwide who are suffering from these illnesses.
Drinking Green Tea has many more health benefits for our body. As stated above the antioxidant is what gives green tea its amazing power and benefits. Some of the other benefits are helps heal infections, cardiovascular problems, high cholesterol, arthritis, cancer and bad immune functions. Green Tea has been known to also help lower weight in many people. Green Tea helps you burn calories and can be a tasty drink instead of soda which is bad for you. It is also being said that Green Tea can help fight food poisoning and tooth decay, what a miracle product. Green Tea is also being found now in many beauty, and skin care products, fruit juices, soft drinks, chips and so on. Green Tea is probably one of the most underrated products available to us which gives us so many health benefits.
The final topic about Green Tea is how to prepare it and how much to drink. First off there is no sufficient number of times a day you should drink a cup of green tea. Green Tea is as almost as pure as water so you can drink it numerous times for the day. The normal rate is about two cups a day or more, it mostly depends on you. If you are drinking the caffeine free type then it should be ok to drink five or more cups a day. If you are drinking the caffeine based one then you should not drink too much because caffeine affects some people in different ways. Too much caffeine is not good for our bodies and can lead to harmful symptoms.
Green Tea can be brewed just like any other tea. Boil the water, pour it into the cup with the tea bag, let it steep for three minutes, and then enjoy your tea. It's very easy to do and you get a refreshing healthy drink that is great for your body in so many ways.
Drinking Tea is a common thing known around the world. Many people enjoy tea with crackers, toast, or just a drink to sip and enjoy. If you like tea then you should choose Green Tea for its great taste and many health benefits. Green Tea is sold all around the world and is really a great tea that you and your family will enjoy day after day.
