This article is about the many responsibilities of the Best Man in a wedding. The best man does not have as much duties as a maid of honor does, but he still has responsibilities.

The best man has to throw a bachelor party for the groom as it is his last night as a single man. You don't have to have a bachelor party, but usually the best man throws you one anyways.

Then, the best man has to show up at rehearsal the night before the wedding and has to make sure that the groom does not spend the night with the bride the night before the wedding.

The best man, has to bring the groom to the church when it is time to be there. He also has to help the groom get into his tux and make sure the groom looks his best for the big day.

The best man has to make sure that the groom's car is at the church so they can ride off after getting married.

The best man has to hold on to the brides wedding ring and make sure he does not lose it so the groom will have it for when it is time to put the ring on her finger.

Next the best man has to walk the maid of honor down the aisle before the bride comes down the aisle.

Next the best man has to give a speech at the reception with the maid of honor. Has to make sure it is a good speech that will be forever remembered by the bride and groom.

After the ceremony is over, the best man has to help the maid of honor clean up the reception hall.

If the bride and groom does not have a way to the airport, the best man's responsibility is to take the bride and groom to the airport for their honeymoon.

Another task the best man has to do is help the maid of honor pack all the wedding gifts in their cars and make sure the gifts get to the bride and grooms house.

Then everybody waves goodbye to the bride and groom as they set off on their honeymoon to live happily ever after.
