The Many Uses Apple Cider Vinegar

Bandit
Apple Cider Vinegar has many healing nutrients and is said to be one of the many popular home remedies.

Apple Cider Vinegar has been around for years and Dr D.C. Jarvis who is the author of Folk Medicine: A Vermont Doctor's Guide to Good Health which he published in 1958 praises using Apple Cider Vinegar to cure many ailments we have and using home remedies to care for those ailments as they come about. Since Apple Cider Vinegar has such a high concentration of potassium, which helps to promote organism, tissue and cell growth, and then the power of healing that just being in Apple Cider Vinegar triggers these nutrients. Apple Cider Vinegar can help keep kidneys functioning the way they should, help to lose weight, ease arthritis pain, help with sleep, and help with digestive problems, skin problems such as acne and age spots, help to ease sore throat pain, prevents dry, itchy scalp and dandruff, reduces the amount of blood flow during menstrual cycles and so much more.

Throughout the years, using any type of at home remedies was just folk lore and was frowned upon by the medical professionals, Dr. Jarvis' opened his practice up back in 1909 and most of the patients consisted mainly of the country folks who wanted to only use home remedies for their aches and pain. This is when Dr. Jarvis started his intense studying of all of the many uses of herbal medicines and folk remedies and even though he did use a lot of the at home remedies on patients of his, none of them seemed to have the healing powers of Apple Cider Vinegar.

Throughout history going way back as far as 400 B.C. vinegar was used to treat people and even farther back in History, vinegar was even prescribed to patients who had an earache. Even as far back as the American Civil War, vinegar was used as a disinfectant and as a healing agent.
